100 Word Short Story Prompt Results

I dreamt of a heavy-set bearded man coming into my dinner. He wore an orange dressed suit making him look like a Halloween jack-o-lantern with his large missing tooth grin. He sat down at the counter and ordered pumpkin pie with extra whipped cream. As he shoveled forks full of pie into his mouth, he stared at me with glowing eyes. When the pie tin was empty, he stood from the too small seat with a groan and meandered over to the register. Reaching into his pocket her pulled out a $20 and gave me a wide smile. “Happy Halloween!”
