I had my first book signing at Bliss Books and Bindery in Stillwater, OK. I sold and signed two whole books! (We view everything as half full here). I love that it was a grandma who purposefully buys author signed books for her granddaughters every year to get them excited to read. (What a fabulous idea! Have you ever thought about that?) The best part is that she decided to buy two of my books over the phone, which is awesome.

            I also got to meet three other Oklahoma authors; Lisa Courtaway, author of Nova and the Ghost: A Haunted Hallways Mystery, E. M. Chaffin, author of Newfangled Madness, and Debbie Williams, author of The Neighborhood.

            Debbie was my table buddy at the signing and shared one of her tricks for signing books without your hands shaking. She said to keep your forearm propped up as you sign. The other authors also told me about a great sticker company to start printing stickers for promotion and for the shop on my website that I hope to have online by early 2024!

            Overall, it was a really great time. Thank you Bliss Books and Bindery for the opportunity to share my passion!
